We're In This Together — Our Success Depends On Yours.

Let's Run Our Business Wisely For The Long Haul.

Dear all,

I am Julia, the CEO of Premium Bridal Corporation, and I want to start by expressing my heartfelt gratitude for your interest and enthusiasm in Premium Bridal.

Premium Bridal Factory is a dedicated wholesale platform we've created for the bridal industry, a place where suppliers can effortlessly showcase their exceptional bridal products to the world, all while adhering to our stringent supplier standards and product quality inspection processes. Simultaneously, bridal retailers can discover bridal products from multiple high-quality suppliers, build their own private label brands across various price ranges and styles (without any minimum order restrictions), and reach a broader customer base.

Why we ventured into the bridal industry stems from my upbringing in a family deeply rooted in bridal raw material companies. I've developed a profound love for the timeless beauty of bridal fashion and held great expectations for the future of this industry. However, I've also witnessed the gradual erosion of the industry due to certain underlying issues...

For the past 40 years, brands and designers have primarily dominated the bridal market, from production to distribution channels. Yet, when one party has a stronghold on an industry for too long, it often leads to unequal relationships and an unhealthy ecosystem. Currently, most bridal contract factories possess years of accumulated expertise, but they constantly face the risk of losing orders and designs due to pricing pressure. In recent years, although many bridal factories have attempted to penetrate the Western market directly, they have failed due to a lack of brand development, international business expansion, and marketing capabilities, ultimately reverting to contract manufacturing.

Let's shift our focus to bridal retail stores for a moment. In the United States, there are approximately 5,000 bridal stores, with over 4,700 of them being independently operated. This means that the majority of American bridal retailers must rely on their own resources to fund operations, develop markets, and engage in marketing efforts. With limited capital, each bridal store typically carries 3-5 different brands, each requiring a minimum seasonal order of 20-30 pieces. Considering that the standard lead time for bridal gowns is 12 to 18 weeks, this implies that bridal stores must invest at least $20,000 every half-year to procure samples, with an additional 4-6 months waiting period before they can even sell these gowns. What's worse is that these stores have yet to sell the previous season's gowns when the next season's new arrivals hit the market. This operational model not only severely impacts cash flow but also leads to a backlog of unsold inventory, making it increasingly challenging for these businesses to survive.

At Premium Bridal, we take a resolute stand against imposing any minimum order quantities (except for the first order, where we require a minimum of 5 pieces to establish trust in your qualifications as a retailer). Rather than dictating how much you must buy each season, we firmly believe that healthy operations for retailers translate into profits for factories, fostering the robust growth of the entire industry. Consequently, we never engage in unequal contracts with retailers. Since 2017, the number of our globally certified members has grown from 32 to over 500 today, with an annual growth rate consistently exceeding 50%. We haven't invested heavily in advertising, proving that the demand has always been there; it just lacked the right solutions.

I firmly believe that now is the time for us to break free from tradition and unite the entire industry chain. Whether you are a bridal supplier or retailer, regardless of your location, please reach out to us and join our journey. Together, let's build a healthier business model and create more win-win scenarios for everyone involved.

With heartfelt sincerity,

Julia
