Payment Terms.

Deposit

The deposit calculation is based on the membership level and shall be collected within three days via your default credit card after the order is placed. For more information, please read our Loyalty Program.

Balance

The order balance will be collected by individual items and will be collected when the item is ready to ship. Every item will only be sent after its payment is fully received by us.

Late Payment & Delinquency

Starting from 1/1/2022, if the order deposit is not paid within three days, the order will be canceled automatically without any further notification.

If the order balance or recurring payment is not paid within ten days after the scheduled date, a late fee of $15.00 (non-refundable) may be applied ($15/every ten days). After one month, the order will be canceled without any further notification, and the deposit plus late fees are non-refundable.

If your account becomes delinquent, any fee that involves the collection, including collection agency fee, attorney fee, court fee, administration fee, and travel, but not limits to will be added to the delinquent amount, plus a 1.5% monthly interest rate from the day your account becomes delinquent.

Payment Methods 

All the payments will only be made on your credit card (VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express) on file as you authorize. We will ship the orders to the billing address of the credit card. If you are using a different address for shipping, please add the shipping address on your credit card account as an alternative address.  

*Your default credit card will be kept for recurring future charges. To protect your personal secured information, Premium Bridal Factory cannot assist and is not responsible for any card changing issue. If your credit card information is changed, please update your card information here. We do appreciate your cooperation.
