Premium Bridal Factory is open to all retailers with valid resale numbers and legally registered businesses with brick-and-mortar stores. Every partner shall provide us with a "resell permit issued by the authority in scan copy” to meet the compliance requirements.

Web Commerce

No products or goods purchased from Premium Bridal Factory shall be resold solely through any location other than the retailer’s brick-and-mortar store, including online platforms, such as E-bay or Amazon, without the express written consent of Premium Bridal Factory. Drop shipping service is not available. If a retailer resells via a 3rd party, Premium Bridal Factory has the right to terminate the partnership agreement, and it shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising out of this termination.

No Seasonal Minimum Requirement

We are taking away your pressure from overstocking. After you are approved as our reseller partner, a small MOQ of 5 is required. No seasonal purchase requirement is required after that. You can replenish any new samples at any time, and any quantities as you wish. We do not discontinue the styles seasonally. Therefore, you will never need to order unwanted samples when you do not need them.

No Limit on Sample Order Choice and Styles

We do not limit the sample styles or the total order quantities. You choose the styles, sizes, and quantities as you wish.

All products have a suggested retail price (SRP) of a minimum of 2.3 times depending on the living expenses and other cost factors of the retailer’s market provided; such ratio may change due to market risk and volatility.

Retailer partners retain the right to charge above the SRP; however, in no event may they charge less than the SRP except in the circumstance where a retailer partner sells purchased sample dresses at a discounted SRP for clearance purposes.

Starting from SS2024, Premium Bridal Factory offers territory protection by style, extending to a 40-mile radius. Any styles purchased prior to SS2024 are not eligible for territory protection. If you acquire a territory protection-eligible style, stores within your designated territory will be blocked from online purchases of that style. Please note that territory-protected styles operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is no reorder within 365 days, the style will be released from territory protection.

Any marketing materials, such as item images or videos that Premium Bridal Factory has, shall be provided after the partner orders the product. We are willing and promise to try our best to provide the best quality materials to support your business. However, due to network transmission restrictions, all materials will have the risk of being compressed. Please understand.

Private Label Service

To protect the brand reputation of the partners who have our private label service and avoid confusion with other brands or stores, starting from 1/31/2022, any marketing materials, product images, and videos will not be provided to the partners with private labeling.

USA

The shipping fee varies depending on the size/weight of the gown. Shipping discounts and free shipping benefits are available for all partners. Each partnership level has different benefits. Please see the Loyalty Program page for more details.

International

For international partners, the shipping fee will be collected by the carrier when the package is delivered.

*The free shipping benefit of a loyalty program is not applicable to international customers.

*Shipping fee is reflected by the current freight cost, which is related to the gas, current events, pandemic... etc. PBF has the right to adjust the shipping fee if needed.

To better meet your needs and expectations, we’ve prepared an estimated delivery date for each item for you to view. Please note, the date could vary depending on factors that could not be controlled by us (e.g. shortage of materials, congestion in the production line, weather conditions, transportation conditions, etc.). A customer should always acknowledge that our delivery time is only an estimate and may be updated constantly before any order is placed.

• Shipping within 16-18 weeks - US$50 Rush Fee for regular dress / US$75 Rush Fee for modified dress

• Shipping within 14-16 weeks - US$100 Rush Fee for regular dress / US$125 Rush Fee for modified dress

• Less than 14 weeks - US$150 Rush Fee for regular dress / US$175 Rush Fee for modified dress

• The rush fee for all accessories and materials is US$20.

Service availability is based on the demand of the production capacity. We only accept orders once they have been confirmed by the factory.

The estimated delivery date provided is the expected shipping date. It is advisable to allow for a buffer of at least ONE MONTH from the shipping date to the actual wedding day. This allows for any unforeseen delays or issues that may arise during the shipping and delivery process.

• In the event of a shipment exceeding the estimated delivery date, we will refund the Rush Fee in the form of a VOUCHER credited to your portal account. Additionally, we offer the option to cancel the order and provide a full refund, also issued as a VOUCHER to your portal account.

*Premium Bridal Factory reserves the right of final interpretation and modification.

• Vouchers should be applied when placing the order.

• One order can be stacked with as many vouchers as you want with no change or deduction of the shipping fee.

• Each voucher has an expired date and will be removed automatically once it’s expired.

The recipients located in other foreign countries than the USA, are responsible for the duties and taxes imposed by their governments. Please consult your country's customs to learn the duty rates and taxes.

USA

All product prices listed include custom duties and taxes.
