Cancellation 

Standard Item

A standard item means it has no alterations, modifications, or any special requests. If the order is canceled in seven days, including weekends, from the day the order is confirmed, the deposit will be refunded by voucher after deducting the $50 processing fee. If the cancellation is after seven days, including weekends, after the order is confirmed, the deposit will not be refunded.

Modification Items / Rush Orders

Any items or orders with modifications, rushed requests or special demands are only allowed to be canceled within three days from the day the order is submitted, and the deposit will be refunded by voucher after deducting the $50 processing fee. After three days, the cancellation is prohibited, and the deposit will not be returnable or the items will not be exchangeable.

 

Lost & Damaged Packages

  • In some circumstances that are beyond our control, we are not liable for lost and damaged packages during transportation or delays due to serious weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, carrier negligence, etc. Should you experience such situations, please contact us immediately. We will work with carriers to solve these problems as quickly as possible.

  • Should the package(s) is/are lost during transportation, please contact us immediately. We will track the package(s) with the carrier upon receiving your request. Once the package(s) is/are confirmed to be lost, we will send you a replacement.

  • Should you find the package damaged upon receiving it, please report it to the driver of the carrier as well as take a picture of the damaged package, which would be requested for a damage claim by the carrier. Please contact us immediately and provide any evidence of the damages such as images or written report from the driver if there is any.

We will place the claim to the carrier on behalf of you. Once the carrier approves the reimbursement, we can send you the replacement, credit your account, or refund you as you wish.

 

Return

Manufacturing Defects

We strive to provide each customer with defect-free gowns. In some cases, should there be any manufacturing defects, please take pictures of them and email them to us within seven days from the day the shipment is received.

  1. The manufacturer's defect or damage must be shown straightforwardly by photos.

  2. Please include the order number, item numbers, color, size, and a clear description of the defects in your email. Without complete and accurate information, your request may result in delay. We will reply to you via email or phone call within 2 to 3 business days.

  3. We will send you the return instructions after we receive your email and clarify the problem. You shall ship the return package within five days after we provide the return shipping label, or we reserve the right to refuse the package.

  4. Each return piece must be in its original seal, label, tags, and packing. Please ensure the package is packed well and trackable. We are not responsible for its loss during the return transition.

  5. Once the returned item(s) is/are received and inspected for manufacturing defects, we will replace the items or credit your accounts for future purchases.

If the returned item(s) is/are found being worn and fraudulently claimed for defects, we reserve the right to refuse the package and the total amount reimbursement. You are responsible for any fees involved with the return. A restocking fee of 50% of the item price or US$150 whichever is greater will be deducted from the reimbursement.
