Premium Bridal Factory is open to all retailers who own valid resale numbers and legally registered businesses with a brick-and-mortar store. Every partner from the US shall provide us with a "resale permit issued by the authority in scanned copy” to meet compliance requirements.

Web Commerce

No products or goods purchased from or manufactured by Premium Bridal Factory shall be resold through any location other than the retailer’s brick-and-mortar store, including online platforms, such as E-bay or Amazon without the express written consent of Premium Bridal Factory. If a retailer resells via a 3rd party, Premium Bridal Factory has the right to terminate the partnership agreement, and it shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising out of this termination.

Copyright & Intellectual Property 

Retailer partners agree that any designs, products, work, materials, and content (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images, and videos) available on http://www.premiumbridalfactory.com/ will be the sole property of Premium Bridal Factory and its subsidiary, affiliate, successor or assignee and they shall have the exclusive right to copyright or is eligible for copyright and intellectual protection under any US or foreign laws jurisdiction. All fraudulent use of this content that violates the rights held by a third party constitutes an offense of forgery, which is severely punished under the Intellectual Property Code. PremiumBridalFactory.com will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible if a user violates rights held by a third party through his activities on the site.

Premium Bridal Factor is entitled to recover any costs or damages as a result of the infringement, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages and attorney fees.
